Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and resident in Kenya to open an account. One account per person.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited when the payment provider confirms them. Withdrawals go to the M-Pesa or Airtel Money number linked to your account and are subject to a daily limit. Withholding tax is deducted from winnings as required by law.

Bonuses and loyalty

Bonus and loyalty credit carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Tucheze may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time.

Responsible gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Set limits, take breaks, and contact support if you need help. Self-exclusion is available on request.
