How do I deposit?

Go to Deposit, choose M-Pesa or Airtel Money, enter an amount, and confirm the prompt on your phone with your PIN.

My deposit has not arrived

Open Deposit → Already paid? and enter the transaction code from your payment SMS. We check it with the provider and credit it if found.

How do I withdraw?

Profile → Withdraw. Minimum KES 50. The money goes to the number linked to your account.

What are loyalty points?

Every KES 200 staked from cash earns 1 point. Points can be redeemed for playable credit from the loyalty card on your profile.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the log-in screen. A reset code is sent to your phone by SMS.
